GhosaMan provides delivery services for domestic use ghosa, hookah ghosa, chilam and tambaku in Hisar, Hansi and nearby areas. We offer various products with different weights and prices as listed on our website.
3. Account Registration
To place orders, you must register an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
4. Ordering and Delivery
- Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- We deliver within Hisar, Hansi and specified nearby areas only.
- You must be available at the delivery address to receive the order.
5. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.
- We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments only. Online payments coming soon.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed for delivery. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible. Contact our customer support for cancellation requests.
7. Quality Assurance
We strive to provide the highest quality ghosa. However, due to the natural nature of the product, there may be variations. If you receive a product that doesn't meet quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
